“We”- Wild Blades Axe Throwing
“Participant”- a Paying Client of Wild Blades
“Lead Booker”- the person who made the booking for a number of people.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants must be over the age of 8 Years to participate in a Wild Blades axe throwing experience.
Participants must be aged 4-7yrs to participate in a wild blades Junior Axe-perience.
A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present onsite to sign the acknowledgement of risk form for any participants under 18. For the duration of the visit if participants are under the age of 16 Years old a supervising adult must stay onsite. Participants Aged 16-18 are welcome to participate without a supervising adult, but will need to leave an emergency contact number.
Full payment must be given on bookings when placing an order.
A refund will not be given for any booking made or gift voucher purchased.
A voucher will be issued if you need to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your booking start time. No refunds will be given. Cancelations are dealt with via email. Info@wildblades.co.uk Subject to availability, Bookings can be moved up to 48hrs prior to your activity. Please note we do not offer refunds or change sessions for illnesses that occur on the day of your activity.
Telephone call bookings.
When making a booking over the phone, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of booking are readily available on our website, for you to read before and after making a booking. Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and cancel if you DO NOT agree with our terms and conditions. After 24 hours, the cancellation policy is as stated in these terms and conditions. No refunds will be given for telephone bookings. Vouchers will be offered up to 48 hours before the date of your visit.
All mobile axe throwing, laser combat and mobile activity bookings are non refundable. Once payment has been made, our team will book accommodation and travel for your booking and block the date from sale so no refunds will be given.
Deposits are non-refundable. Once a full payment has been made, the contract between the Booker and wild blades is binding and in the event that the bookers cancels, a refund will no be issued.
Wild Blades shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time, although we will not do this without good reason. In the event that Wild Blades decides to cancel your booking, for example due to extreme weather conditions it will use reasonable measures to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to re-book another date subject to availability in the event of cancellation under this statement but no other compensation will be payable.
Site closure under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to; extreme weather or other natural damages, disasters or other events which may create unacceptable risk to health and safety or the inability to run an acceptable standard of session, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer an alternative date.
Our activities are all-weather sports and activities and will normally proceed regardless of weather conditions. In adverse weather conditions you should assume your booking will proceed unless directly advised by us otherwise.
In the event that it proves necessary to close the activities for reasons beyond the control of Wild Blades and in circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Wild Blades may, but will not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at no additional cost.
If the lead booker requires a transfer to appoint another individual as lead booker. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event taking place. The email must be from the booking email and state the full name of the new lead booker.
Gift Certificates are not refundable after purchase and can only be redeemed through Wild Blades booking system at www.wildblades.co.uk
Wild Blades can transfer the gift voucher to a different recipient but will not give any refunds on vouchers.
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and are not redeemable after the expiry date has passed.
Wild Blades will only use your personal details for your bookings. We will not pass on your details to a third party.
All deposits are non – refundable. A deposit is taken to hold a booking, time slot or date and is done so with the approval of the lead booker. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance must be paid by the date agreed or the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. All deposits are exempt from voucher conversion. We will not convert the deposit payment to a voucher.
We have the right to not allow a participant to take part in an event if we feel the participant is a danger to themselves, a member of staff or other participants.
Flat closed toe footwear must be worn at an event.
A risk acknowledgement and disclaimer form must be read, completed and signed prior to an event taking place by each participant. Refusal to sign may result in the participant being unable to take part in the event. Any participant under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. In the absence of a child's parents, authorisation must be obtained and given to the guardian/ supervising adult to sign for the participating child. with the consent of the child's parents.
Participants must not be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Entry will be refused and no refunds will be given.
Participants must arrive 10 minutes before the event starts.
Gift vouchers are non refundable. We are happy to transfer the gift voucher to a different recipient but will not give any refunds on vouchers.
All bookings that are cancelled due to covid-19 will be issued with a voucher that is valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given.
In the event of a lockdown or Covid related business closure, all bookings will be converted to a voucher to visit when restrictions are lifted. No refunds will be issued.
Any gift vouchers will be extended if there expiry date coincides with Covid related closure.
If a member of your party, group or booking contracts Covid and are unable to attend your booked time slot, a voucher will be issued for them to return at a later date. No refunds will be issued.
